The role of Casual Dining Server at The Highland Dallas offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the hotel’s vibrant culinary scene. The Casual Dining Server will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy personalized and attentive service in the hotel's casual dining restaurant. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders accurately, understanding and recommending menu items including daily specials and wine pairings, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment following health and safety protocols. Working closely with the kitchen and other team members, the Casual Dining Server ensures that guests’ needs are met promptly and with a smile, contributing to an atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated.

This role requires multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward guest service and teamwork. Job Duties
