We are currently seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and positive service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Servers at State of Confusion are expected to take accurate orders, manage payments responsibly, and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu to recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks confidently. Working as part of a supportive team, you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards. Servers should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves lifting, bending, and moving quickly for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • Able to lift 25-50 lbs
  • exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
  • can have mobility and motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties

  • Provide service to guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude
  • take orders, receive payment, accurately count back change, and be responsible for all transactions
  • memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from the restaurant
  • maintain positive attitude and work as a team with other employees
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills
