This full-service server position involves duties such as quickly and courteously attending to guests, memorizing and recommending menu items—including appetizers, entrees, and drinks—and collaboratively working with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role, along with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. The physical requirements include the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds and sustain periods of fast-paced mobility lasting up to eight hours, involving bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
