CRISTA Senior Living, one of the core branches, focuses on delivering exceptional care and a joyful, purposeful life to its residents, fostering a nurturing, faith-filled community. Within this ministry, the position of Server plays a crucial role in supporting dining room services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for seniors. This part-time Server position involves working 3 to 4 shifts per week, scheduled Monday through Saturday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with compensation ranging from $17.13 to $17.50 per hour.

The Server position is essential for providing high-quality meal services and hospitality in a senior living context. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, setting and clearing tables according to established standards, prepping meal garnishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment. The role may also encompass busser and runner duties, requiring flexibility and team collaboration. Attention to proper food handling, infection control practices, and excellent customer service are key to succeeding in this position.
