The Food Server role is a part-time position working weekdays from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, focused on providing excellent dining experiences for residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong positive attitude toward customer service, a genuine interest in geriatric care, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with residents and fellow staff members. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for residents in the dining room, ensuring that meals are served efficiently and with care, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining environment. The Food Server must be attentive, motivated, creative, and strive to meet the community's high standards for resident satisfaction.
