Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prepare and serve food within scheduled time frames
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in food service areas
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including early morning hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with seniors respectfully
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of food service and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure service quality and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards
