Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prepare and serve food within scheduled time frames
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in food service areas
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including early morning hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with seniors respectfully
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of food service and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
