We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) team as a Restaurant Server Assistant. In this position, you will work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Although having at least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed. Your friendly demeanor and proactive mindset will contribute significantly to creating an inviting atmosphere and supporting our servers by maintaining clean, well-stocked tables and stations. From greeting guests warmly to replenishing beverages, breads, and condiments, your attentiveness ensures a positive dining experience for each guest.

The Server Assistant is responsible for quickly clearing and resetting tables with spotless service ware, keeping the dining area organized and ready for new guests. Maintaining stock and cleanliness throughout all meal periods is essential to uphold the high standards Toscana is known for. This position also involves transporting tableware to the dishwashing area and assisting with general cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Additional duties include folding napkins, restocking condiments, responding to special guest requests, and performing cross-training activities to support overall team success.
