Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- legal authorization to work in the country
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines consistently
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- positive and upbeat personality with a passion for excellent service
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting
- good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
Job Duties
- Quickly clean table settings and prepare table for resetting
- promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
- greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner
- serve beverages, breads, and butter to start the dining experience and replenish as necessary
- transport tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for cleaning
- perform general cleaning tasks and support other duties as requested, such as folding napkins, restocking condiments, cleaning spills, handling special guest requests, cross-training, and reporting suspicious activity
