Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying dishes and standing for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties
- Quickly clean table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- Transport all tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to adhere to health standards
- Fold napkins, restock condiments and perform other duties as requested including cleaning spills and handling special guest requests
