The Server Assistant role at Puttshack is critical to the venue’s operations and guest satisfaction. These team members act as the backbone of the dining and golfing floor experience by ensuring that food and drinks are delivered promptly and tables and golf courses are maintained through consistent cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting. Server Assistants work closely with the service team to exceed guest expectations by providing attentive and friendly service, which creates a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Success in this role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong organization, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm demeanor in a busy setting. Candidates should have prior hospitality or food and beverage experience, high emotional intelligence, and an energetic approach to customer service. Physical demands include standing and walking throughout shifts, moving safely across all areas, including on stairs and diverse flooring, and lifting up to moderate weights.
