Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
- ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds
- work in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age to apply
- prior hospitality or food/beverage experience
- strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness
- high standards of guest satisfaction
- ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location
- experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage
- sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment
- safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
Job Duties
- Bring your 'A' game each and every day
- anticipate guests' needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
- greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
- assist service team with all food and beverage service
- deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
- clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
- quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
- stock and maintain supplies at service stations
- understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- take direction and be a team player
- follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment
- other projects or duties as assigned, including side-work, opening, and closing duties
