The Server Assistant role at Puttshack is critical to delivering an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. This position is a key member of the floor operation team, responsible for facilitating smooth service flow by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests. The Server Assistant ensures tables and mini golf courses are cleaned, sanitized, and reset efficiently to maintain a welcoming and safe atmosphere. This role supports the frontline staff, assisting with food and drink service while anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations. Success in this position requires excellent teamwork, organization, and multitasking capabilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, showing a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Puttshack offers a flexible work schedule with typical venue hours from 11 AM to 1 AM, seven days a week. Candidates should be prepared for variable scheduling, usually between 15 to 30 hours a week, depending on business needs and individual availability. The Server Assistant contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by greeting guests warmly, assisting with food and beverage delivery, managing cleanliness and sanitation, and supporting the service team. Compensation for this role includes a base wage plus tips, reflecting the company’s recognition of the important role Server Assistants play in guest satisfaction.
