The role for which we are hiring is that of a Food Runner. The Food Runner is a vital support position within the restaurant team, responsible for ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests. This role helps bridge the gap between the kitchen staff and the servers, enhancing the dining experience by maintaining smooth and timely service. Responsibilities include assisting servers through tasks such as delivering food plates, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and supporting the pre-bussing and resetting of tables. The Food Runner must communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment.

Candidates for this role should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain composure under pressure. This position is typically part-time or full-time hourly employment with variable shifts based on the restaurant’s operating hours.
