The role of Server Assistant & Food Runner at Bistro Romano is an essential part of the service team, which is described as the backbone of the business. Server Assistants & Food Runners at Bistro Romano take full ownership of their assigned sections, ensuring tables are well-set and maintained throughout service. They contribute significantly to the smooth flow of operations by supporting servers and kitchen staff and are expected to maintain a polite and calm demeanor even under pressure. Physical stamina is also important, as the job requires standing and working efficiently for 6 to 8 hours, lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds, and working within a team environment to meet service standards.
