Herb & Wood is currently seeking passionate, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join their team as Bussers, Food Runners, and Hosts. These roles are essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience. The positions are available both full-time and part-time, with a competitive pay rate of $17.75 per hour. Bussers and Food Runners play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficient service flow by clearing and setting tables, polishing glassware, and assisting the serving staff. Hosts at Herb & Wood are the first point of contact for guests and must be personable, charismatic, and warm, even in high-pressure situations. Experience with reservation management software such as OpenTable is preferred, and availability on weekends is required. Hosts must be able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication with guests, servers, managers, and kitchen staff. Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards are critical across all roles. The physical demands of the job include reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
