Job Requirements

Must be personable, charismatic and warm (host)
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize various tasks
Must maintain attention to detail and sanitation standards
Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, servers, managers and kitchen
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Must be available to work weekends

Job Qualifications

Experience with OpenTable preferred (for host position)
Ability to memorize menu and allergy information (food runners)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

Clearing and setting tables
Polishing glassware
Assisting with various tasks as needed
Learning all table and seat numbers
Memorizing full food menu and allergy information
Greeting and seating guests
Managing reservations using OpenTable
Prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently
Communicating clearly with guests, servers, managers and kitchen staff
Maintaining sanitation and attention to detail
Handling physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 pounds
