Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- prior experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
- capable of multitasking and working efficiently under pressure
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to upholding company values and service standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year fine dining server experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a guest-first attitude
- knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
- basic understanding of alcohol service policies
- willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
Job Duties
- assist servers in delivering exceptional service
- prepare dining areas by setting tables and replenishing supplies
- support beverage service including water and wine delivery
- clear and reset tables promptly to maintain operational flow
- ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area
- communicate guest needs to servers and management
- uphold upscale dining standards and guest satisfaction
