Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • prior experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
  • capable of multitasking and working efficiently under pressure
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company values and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year fine dining server experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with a guest-first attitude
  • knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
  • basic understanding of alcohol service policies
  • willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • assist servers in delivering exceptional service
  • prepare dining areas by setting tables and replenishing supplies
  • support beverage service including water and wine delivery
  • clear and reset tables promptly to maintain operational flow
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • communicate guest needs to servers and management
  • uphold upscale dining standards and guest satisfaction
