The role of Server Assistant at Uchi Charlotte is a dynamic and integral position that supports the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Server Assistants play a crucial role in maintaining the flow and efficiency of the dining service by attending to customer needs promptly and ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Responsibilities include lifting and carrying trays, dishes, and other equipment, restocking inventory, and aiding servers by anticipating guest needs and responding rapidly in a high-pressure environment. Candidates for this role must be capable of working in various temperature conditions and handling physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and moving furniture to accommodate seating arrangements.
