The Closing Server is responsible for a variety of end-of-day tasks crucial to the upkeep and readiness of the food and beverage area, particularly The Roof, which is known for its stylish ambiance and exceptional guest experience. The position demands attention to detail in completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods properly, breaking down supplies, cleaning equipment and all working areas meticulously, returning equipment to designated locations, securing refrigerators, restocking necessary items, turning off lights, locking doors, and ensuring that all daily cleaning checklists are thoroughly completed. These responsibilities are vital for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the establishment.

Throughout the workday, the Closing Server sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas, ensuring that all china, glassware, and silverware are inspected for cleanliness and presentation before use. Practicing clean-as-you-go procedures is a continual expectation to uphold impeccable hygiene standards. The employee also adheres to all company policies and safety regulations, promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management, and completing all required safety training and certifications.
