Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience working in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Flexibly in schedule as it will change often
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • In compliance with state liquor laws, must be at least 18 years of age
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work closely with captains, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain awareness of guest dining pace to ensure timely service and resets
  • Present and serve bread to guest in a timely and elegant manner
  • Clear plates, cutlery and glassware discreetly and efficiently between courses
  • Maintain clean and organized side stations with necessary service tools
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service request
  • Ensure each table is kept clean, orderly, and visually appealing throughout the meal
