Job Duties
- Support hospitality values while promoting company culture
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and confidently explain menu
- Follow department service steps to ensure guest satisfaction
- Deliver food accurately and promptly with proper presentation
- Provide bread and water service per standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service
- Assist with dining room, back bar, and service station setup and breakdown
- Clear tables and service areas of dirty dishes using prescribed methods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly, personalized service throughout dining experience
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
