The Server Assistant / Server role at Hai Hospitality and Loro, Asian Smokehouse + Bar is a cornerstone position essential to the smooth operation of the Front of House. This role is integral in maintaining a high level of guest service by attentively managing the dining room, expo line, and bar areas. Server Assistants serve as the primary food runners, promptly delivering dishes to tables while explaining menu items to enhance the guest experience. They are also responsible for bussing and resetting tables, polishing glassware, stocking supplies, and assisting bartenders with service tasks.
