The role of Server Assistant (Seasonal) within the Food and Beverage team is a fundamental position designed to enhance the dining experience by ensuring service areas are prepared and that guests receive attentive and efficient support during their meals. As a Server Assistant, you will be integral in maintaining the high standards of service that the Waldorf Astoria is renowned for by supporting servers, setting generously detailed table arrangements, and ensuring sanitation and operational compliance are meticulously upheld. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
