As a full-time, non-management position based at the The Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, the Guest Service Support Expert plays an integral role in delivering the brand's renowned Gold Standards of service. This role is essential in ensuring that the food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with not only delicious food and drinks but also an unforgettable service experience. The role of Guest Service Support Expert encompasses various responsibilities, including setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Flexibility to reach overhead, below the knees, bend, twist, pull, or stoop is also essential.   • no related work experience required
