Job Requirements
- Stands during entire shift
- Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, pours, carries, and pushes
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and cold
Job Qualifications
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to be organized in a changing environment
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis
Job Duties
- Perform perimeter sweep at beginning and end of shift
- Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- Ensure that every area is both clean and maintained throughout shift
- Assist servers by refilling beverages, bussing, and resetting tables
- Assist in running food
- Inform management immediately of dissatisfied guests
- Maintain professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times
- Complete all side-work as directed
