Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work varied and flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- compliance with union Local 25 requirements including open availability
- capability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
- a proactive attitude towards guest service and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively enhancing meal experiences
- prepare tables with precision by setting and arranging tableware and folding napkins
- inspect tableware to ensure cleanliness and excellent condition and report issues promptly
- manage and maintain fully stocked and clean service stations
- support servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed
- clear and transport tableware by removing dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service to dishwashing areas
- comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
