The role of Restaurant Attendant / Busser at Concord is essential in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. The primary responsibilities include preparing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently to ensure prompt guest seating, maintaining cleanliness and proper stocking of dining stations with necessary service materials such as silverware, linens, and condiments, and providing courteous guest interactions such as greeting diners and serving initial beverages and accompaniments like breads and butter. An attentive busser also transports dirty tableware quickly to the dishwashing area to keep the dining environment seamless and pleasant.
