The role of Restaurant Attendant / Busser at Concord is essential in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Ideal candidates must demonstrate the ability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, in a fast-paced setting. While prior fast casual dining or customer service experience of at least one year is preferred, Concord is willing to train candidates possessing the right attitude and team spirit. The primary responsibilities include preparing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently to ensure prompt guest seating, maintaining cleanliness and proper stocking of dining stations with necessary service materials such as silverware, linens, and condiments, and providing courteous guest interactions such as greeting diners and serving initial beverages and accompaniments like breads and butter. An attentive busser also transports dirty tableware quickly to the dishwashing area to keep the dining environment seamless and pleasant. Job Duties

  • Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
