The Server Assistant role within Oak View Group is a vital front-of-house position supporting the hospitality team to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests. Charged with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining areas, this position ensures that every guest receives attentive, efficient service from the moment they enter the venue. Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or other guest needs as directed
  • Refill water, beverages, bread, and other complimentary items
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the dining experience
  • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables according to established service standards
