Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of one year experience in a food and beverage related position in a high-volume nightclub or restaurant preferred
- ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job

Job Duties
- Assist food servers in service of food and beverage offerings
- maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary
- make sure all tables are set completely before and after shifts
- responsible for all food and beverage items received
- visually inspect all items received and report any discrepancies to superiors
- ensure receipt and request of items is timely and accurate
- monitor and replenish all stock items in assigned area in a neat, accurate, and timely manner
- keep all areas clean and free of debris
- polish glassware as necessary
- clear and scrape dishes in side stations after clearing a table
- make or replenish coffee, tea, water, or soft beverages as needed
- partner with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure coordinated workflow
- stock all side stations with linen and proper glassware
- provide service and explanation of menu items to guests
- change tablecloth and reset tables promptly after guests leave
- serve beverage offerings
- maintain professional demeanor and assist servers and captains as needed
- move tables throughout dining room to accommodate reservations
- carry multiple dishes (up to 6) in one hand without tray service
- stock assigned area with product and supplies throughout the shift, maintaining proper product pars
- acknowledge and greet all guests encountered
- complete special assignments for management as requested
