- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 6 months service experience in a restaurant or other service industry setting
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services

- Minimum 6 months service experience in a restaurant or other service industry setting
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Assist server team as necessary to ensure guest needs are being met and servers can focus their time on interacting with guests
- Deliver dishes to the guests' tables with a sensitivity to time and an understanding of the importance of maintaining the integrity of the food
- Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining tables and serving guests in an attentive and efficient manner
- Prepare the dining room and bars for service with exceptional attention to detail
- ensure all areas are clean, organized and well-stocked
- Maintain a high level of awareness of the work being done by the front and back of house teams to provide proactive assistance
- Execute in-depth cleaning and sanitation of restaurant facility
- Continue to expand food and beverage knowledge by studying menu changes and attending beverage classes
- Learn about special events and general restaurant operations
