  • Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining tables and serving guests in an attentive and efficient manner
  • Prepare the dining room and bars for service with exceptional attention to detail
  • ensure all areas are clean, organized and well-stocked
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of the work being done by the front and back of house teams to provide proactive assistance
  • Execute in-depth cleaning and sanitation of restaurant facility
  • Continue to expand food and beverage knowledge by studying menu changes and attending beverage classes
  • Learn about special events and general restaurant operations
