- must be available to work various shifts including weekends
- must complete TiPS certification within 90 days of employment
- ability to communicate effectively with the team
- must be able to follow health and safety regulations
- must wear proper uniform and maintain professional appearance
- must adhere to department attendance policy
Job Qualifications
- must have previous restaurant experience
- TiPS certification required within 90 days of employment
- knowledge of Marriott Global Source (MGS) preferred
Job Duties
- provide counter service
- run food to tables
- assist with table service
- process to-go orders accurately
- maintain restaurant cleanliness including daily setup and breakdown
- follow health department specifications and complete daily logs
- communicate effectively with management and team members
