The Food Server Assistant position at La Zozzona, the Italian dining venue within Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role involves supporting Food Servers in delivering excellent guest service by handling table setting and clearing, beverage service, and food running. The role not only requires physical stamina to handle moderate lifting, pulling, and pushing but also demands strong communication skills to maintain continuous customer interaction. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • willingness to undergo background check
