Currently, the team is seeking a diligent and attentive Server Assistant to join La Loba, an integral dining venue within the Starwood brand. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the guest experience by supporting the Food and Beverage team in delivering flawless service. The Server Assistant will focus on attending to even the smallest details, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a dedicated team player who understands the importance of collaboration and communication within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Server Assistant will support food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, replenishing supplies, and anticipating the needs of both the team and guests. Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation is essential, along with the ability to adapt to varying shifts and meet the demands of the hospitality industry. Candidates with a basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, who are hard workers and detail-oriented, will find this role rewarding.
