Job Requirements
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs if necessary
- Authorized to legally work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Current food handlers certification
- Current alcohol certification
- Ability to pass food safety exams with a score of 90% or better
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to uphold company values of initiative, thoughtfulness, excellence, and celebration
Job Duties
- Build rapport with guests and actively assist with their requests
- Train new runners and support teammates during high-pressure situations
- Maintain sanitation and proper condition of gaming equipment
- Manage time and tasks efficiently to reduce waste and maximize operational efficiency
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report hazards to management
- Execute opening and closing procedures swiftly and efficiently
- Multitask effectively during peak service times
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm throughout each shift
