The Server Assistant - Food Runner role at Flight Club is a critical position within the Front of House team. This position, which offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, reports directly to the FOH Manager and holds a non-exempt FLSA status. The role’s primary focus is to ensure exceptional guest experiences by assisting in food delivery and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts. Server assistants are pivotal in supporting the team to create a dynamic and energetic atmosphere where every guest feels valued and engaged.
