Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • Maintain uniform and personal cleanliness according to restaurant standards
  • Exemplify hospitality standards in all guest interactions
  • Answer guests' questions about the restaurant
  • Handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
  • Assist management and co-workers with their duties as needed
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Know and adhere to emergency procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
  • Participate in E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification process
