Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain uniform and personal cleanliness according to restaurant standards
- Exemplify hospitality standards in all guest interactions
- Answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Assist management and co-workers with their duties as needed
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Know and adhere to emergency procedures
- Maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
- Participate in E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification process
