Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
excellent customer service skills
ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively enhancing their meal experience
prepare tables with precision by setting, arranging, folding napkins, and cleaning tableware
inspect tableware to ensure it is clean and in excellent condition and report any issues
manage service stations by keeping them fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
support table service by assisting servers with delivering beverages, bread, and other items
clear and transport tableware at the end of meal service to the dishwashing area
comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain guest and team member well-being
