Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience or training as a Runner, Bar Back or Busser preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- Visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift including stairs
Job Qualifications
- Experience or training as a Runner, Bar Back, or Busser preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
- Attend pre-shift briefing, noting relevant service, food, beverage, and guest information
- Assist with running food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room including equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and windows
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables and return them appropriately to dishwashing area
- Reset tables according to floor plan or management instructions
- Remove and empty trash as needed
- Assist bartenders with bar setup, maintenance, and service
- Assist servers with dining room setup, maintenance, and service
- Seasonal game day position
