We are currently hiring for the position of Server Assistant and Food Runner, a key role that supports the front-of-house operations and enhances the overall guest experience. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to jump in, learn quickly, and work collaboratively with servers and other staff to ensure that every guest feels cared for and enjoys a seamless dining experience.

The role involves assisting servers by keeping tables cleared, reset, and guest-ready; promptly running food, water, and condiments to guests with attentiveness and care; maintaining service stations by stocking and polishing; and ensuring that all dining and service areas remain clean and well-organized. This is a critical position for creating a smooth flow of service, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their meal without disruption.

No prior restaurant experience is necessary as we provide thorough training to ensure you feel confident and capable in your duties. We seek team members with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to best serve our guests when the restaurant is busiest.

Compensation for this position includes a starting base wage of $5.00 plus tips, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and staff dining discounts.
