Aulani Casting is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cast Members to join their team as Dining Attendants. This full-time hourly position pays $18.25 per hour plus gratuities, reflecting the value placed on exceptional guest service and attention to detail. The Dining Attendant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience that aligns with the Aulani story and Disney standards of excellence. Responsibilities involve assisting servers and engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously. This role may also involve participation in role-playing or themed restaurant settings, adding an element of storytelling and entertainment to the dining environment.

The Dining Attendant is often the face that guests first interact with in the dining areas, including the restaurant, lounge, and poolside service areas. They are responsible for delivering guest orders efficiently, checking receipts for accuracy, replenishing serving items, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining experience. An understanding of kitchen safety, food quality, and proper temperature requirements is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health regulations.

Moreover, this position demands excellent hospitality skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong verbal communication to anticipate and respond to guest needs such as directions, event schedules, and special requests.
