Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility in scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, is required.

At Aulani, Cast Members are encouraged to showcase their creativity and passion for service while embracing the cultural heritage of Hawai'i. The role is not only about fulfilling operational tasks but also about bringing the magic of Aulani to life, making each guest feel special and cared for.
