Job Description

Mowry & Cotton is hiring for the position of Server Assistant at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Phoenician is part of Marriott International's Luxury Collection, a distinguished portfolio of more than 120 properties spanning over 35 countries. This position is a full-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, based at the resort's location at 6000 E Camelback Rd in Scottsdale.

This role of Server Assistant is critical in supporting the overall food and beverage operations, focusing on creating not just meals but memorable experiences for guests. The responsibilities go beyond the standard serving of food, encompassing key support tasks such as setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Server Assistants are essential in ensuring seamless service, which contributes to making every dining interaction special and efficient. The role demands a high level of punctuality, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work safely while performing physically demanding tasks.
