Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
- monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed
- deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement
- greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists, and provide host support as required
- collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards
- keep service areas including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations organized and clean
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- other duties as assigned
