This role is specifically for a Server Assistant, a vital part of the hotel's front-of-house team responsible for supporting servers, bartenders, and hosts to deliver seamless guest services. The job offers an hourly wage of $6 plus tips, with the potential to earn an average of $20 to $25 per hour.

The physical demands include standing, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and maintaining activity throughout shifts lasting 4 to 8 hours, with accommodations available as necessary. Beyond service duties, Server Assistants help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the environment and are engaged in ongoing education about hotel operations, bar, kitchen, and beverage programs.
