Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level
- able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- flexible with scheduling to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards

Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift
- promptly greet guests as they are seated and assist in bringing beverages to the table, as requested by the server
- run food and drinks and clear tables after guests leave in a quick and efficient manner

- take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between settings
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to the server immediately
- inspect assigned restroom every 15 minutes and clean as needed
- welcome guests as they arrive and thank guests as they are leaving
- demonstrate good people skills
- show flexibility in terms of schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by restaurant management
- support host with restroom cleaning and restocking responsibilities
- support team by doing ongoing side work throughout the shift
- be a team player and help fellow team members at every opportunity
- other duties may be assigned as the need arises
- must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
