Job Requirements

- prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- run food for servers
- make salads
- roll silverware
- refill and run drinks
- assist bartenders with ice, glass cleaning, and fruit preparation
- maintain cleanliness in dining areas, bar, wait stations, patio, and restrooms
- stock wait stations and bar with necessary supplies
- complete assigned opening and closing side work
- empty and reline trash cans
- replace linen bags
- provide guests with information about the restaurant and its culture
- maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- assist other employees to uphold teamwork
