The Server Assistant position at Fezzo's plays a crucial role in supporting the servers and ensuring that the restaurant maintains its high standards of service and cleanliness. This role involves a variety of essential duties such as bussing and resetting tables quickly, assisting with running food, making salads, rolling silverware, and supporting bartenders by refilling ice, cleaning glasses, and cutting fruit. The goal is to contribute to an efficient workflow so every table is cleared, cleaned, sanitized, and reset in less than one minute after guests leave.
In addition to physical tasks, the server assistant must possess a strong knowledge of the menu, the floor plan, and the overall rhythm of the dining room. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
