Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong multitasking and organizational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain composure under pressure
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Bus used and unneeded dishes and glassware from guests tables to galley
scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to the galley for cleaning
maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash
be prepared to begin work at scheduled time
maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty
re-set the table in the restaurants style
make sure the chairs and floor area around the table is clean
emptying trash
