Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Bus used and unneeded dishes and glassware from guests tables to galley
  • scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to the galley for cleaning
  • maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
  • clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash
  • be prepared to begin work at scheduled time
  • maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
  • other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty
  • re-set the table in the restaurants style
  • make sure the chairs and floor area around the table is clean
  • emptying trash
