This part-time, non-management role of Guest Service Support Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Portland is designed to provide vital support across all food and beverage operations. The primary focus of this position is to enhance the overall guest experience by ensuring that the environment is seamless, well-organized, and welcoming. Unlike roles limited to just serving food, this position offers the opportunity to be actively involved in creating a memorable atmosphere where food and drink service complements the overall luxury experience. Responsibilities include setting tables impeccably, assisting culinary teams as necessary, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, and replenishing supplies to avoid any interruptions in service.
