Job Duties
- Identify composed dishes and provide detailed descriptions of each component
- Transport food to correct tables, carrying three plates simultaneously
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Polish glassware and silverware
- Polish silverware tiles
- Maintain the To-Go station by ensuring it is fully stocked
- Store family meals daily, labeling and dating them
- Assist with folding linens, microfiber, and roll-ups
- Enhance guest experience by replenishing water, cleaning tables, and notifying the expo of table pacing
- Ensure kitchen stations are stocked with appropriate plateware and the expo is stocked with plate wipes
- Set up the rice cart with the necessary utensils and guestware
