Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Valid THD Food Handler’s License
- Valid ABLE Commission LBW license
- POS experience
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
Job Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Communicate respectfully and honestly with others including all staff
- Knowledge of service, food, and beverage preferred
- Valid THD Food Handler’s License and compliance with all THD guidelines
- Valid ABLE Commission LBW license and compliance with all ABLE laws
- POS experience and basic math calculation ability
- Ability to work standing for long periods up to 6 hours
Job Duties
- Follow all JTR Group policies and procedures
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
- Run and clear all plates in the dining room, bar, and private rooms
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities of the assigned area including set-up, stocking, replenishing, and daily preparation
- Carry trays with plates and glassware
- Maintain attention to detail
- Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
- Be knowledgeable in all JTR Group products and offerings served
- Obtain Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit
- Perform all other assigned tasks or duties
