Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and breaking down items
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Return equipment to proper locations
- Lock refrigerators and doors
- Restock items and set up work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china glass and silver
- Maintain cleanliness through clean-as-you-go procedures
