Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert management when needed
- ensure proper garnishing and timely delivery of food
- minimize loss and ensure correct food delivery
- check back with guests after food delivery
- assist guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- restock and prepare supplies for shifts
- support servers by greeting guests
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up tables
- buss and reset tables
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- maintain positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests
- read and communicate in English
- listen to guest orders and needs
- adhere to dress code
- be at least 18 years old
