Fleming's is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Server Assistants. This position plays a critical role in both the front and back of the house, aiming to create memorable moments for guests by helping ensure seamless service. The Server Assistant will support the kitchen staff by aiding in the assembly of prepared foods and condiments according to Fleming's high standards. Accuracy is key, so checking orders for correctness and reviewing orders with guests is essential to meet and exceed their expectations. On the dining room floor, the Server Assistant works alongside servers to track food timing, keep tables properly stocked with necessary items, bus tables efficiently, offer drink recommendations and refills, and assist in wine decanting and tableside service. This role is central to maintaining an elevated guest experience that reflects the restaurant's commitment to excellence.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year of prior experience working in a restaurant environment, particularly in roles such as a server or busser. This experience equips them to understand the dynamics of fast-paced service and guest interaction. Compensation for this role starts at $16.90 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value Fleming's places on quality service.
