The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by assisting servers throughout the evening, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset promptly, and helping maintain a positive atmosphere for guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments, assisting servers as needed, and helping with the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant throughout their shift.
